Senolytic Therapy: Clearing Ageing Cells
Senescent cells accumulate with age and secrete a cocktail of pro-inflammatory cytokines called the senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP). The SASP drives systemic inflammation, tissue dysfunction, and accelerated ageing. Senolytics selectively eliminate these cells.
The most studied combination is Dasatinib + Quercetin (D+Q), shown in Mayo Clinic trials (Kirkland et al., 2019; 2021) to reduce senescent cell burden in adipose tissue, improve physical function, and extend healthy lifespan in murine models.

Exosome Therapy: Intercellular Rejuvenation Signalling
Exosomes are nano-sized extracellular vesicles (30-150nm) that carry bioactive cargo — mRNA, microRNA, proteins, and lipids — between cells. Mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes downregulate NF-kB inflammatory pathways, upregulate Nrf2 antioxidant response elements, and stimulate resident stem cell populations.
A 2023 RCT in Aging Cell found IV-administered MSC-derived exosomes significantly reduced systemic inflammatory markers and improved epigenetic age scores (Horvath clock) by a mean of 3.2 years at 6-month follow-up in adults aged 50-70.

What is biological age versus chronological age?
Biological age estimates how old your body's cells and tissues are, based on epigenetic methylation patterns (GrimAge, PhenoAge, Horvath clock) and physiological performance markers — regardless of your calendar age. A 50-year-old with a biological age of 42 has meaningfully different health prospects than one with a biological age of 58. We measure and track this metric for every member client.
