Reach Us
Helix Privé welcomes enquiries from individuals seeking a serious, physician-led approach to longevity and health optimisation. Whether you are exploring a specific treatment or considering a comprehensive programme, we are here to discuss your objectives in confidence.
Hauptstrasse 4, 4102 Binningen
What to Expect
When you reach out, a member of our team will respond within 24 hours to schedule an initial conversation with Dr. Sumit Jain. This introductory consultation — conducted at your convenience by phone, video call, or in person — allows us to understand your health history, current concerns, and objectives before recommending any programme or treatment.
There is no obligation and no pressure. We take on a limited number of clients to ensure that every individual receives the depth of attention their health deserves. If Helix Privé is the right fit for your needs, we will outline a proposed pathway. If not, we will tell you honestly.
A note on privacy. We understand that many of our clients are public figures, senior executives, and individuals for whom health matters are deeply personal. Every enquiry is treated with absolute confidentiality. We do not share client information, we do not maintain public client lists, and all consultations are conducted in private settings of your choosing. Your discretion is our standard.
Concierge Service
Helix Privé operates on a concierge model — we come to you. Treatments and consultations can be arranged at your home, office, hotel, or any private location in Singapore.
